Nyeleti Consulting has implemented a skills development framework and supports the concept of improving the skills of the company’s workforce. Skill levies are paid on a monthly basis to support the financing of the levy grant scheme as well as ensure that all training reflects current requirements of the construction sector.
The company has a registered skills development plan which includes a facilitator with CETA (Construction Education and Training Authority) to facilitate this process. Nyeleti currently supports:
